Multiple-Award Construction Contracts have become more utilized in recent years to streamline the bidding process. As an established contractor, Reams Enterprises is in place to complete construction work without the need for a full open solicitation. This saves valuable time in contracting a project and provides the client with a pre-qualified contractor ready to complete its work. Work typically performed under this contract include (but not limited to) Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Roofing, Painting, Flooring Repair and Replacement, Fire Suppression, HVAC, Fence Repair and Installation, Concrete / Masonry, Cabling, and Security Improvement.

Reams Enterprises was selected by Georgia State University to provide task order contractor and design-build services for construction projects at Georgia State University campuses. Contracts were issued for an indefinite amount of “as needed” construction orders named “Task Orders.” Each Task Order scope of services varied from project to project but consisted of renovations and building repair and maintenance work for the various facilities at GSU.
Reams Enterprises was established as a GSA vendor in 2007. Purposes of projects awarded to date have been miscellaneous interior and exterior renovations. Work typically performed include (but not limited to) electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, painting, HVAC, flooring repair and replacement, fence repair and installation, concrete / masonry, cabling, small paving jobs, security improvement, installation of bullet/blast resistant guard booths at property access control points.

When my husband deployed to Kuwait it was a difficult time for me, They went to the extreme to help me in many ways with the maintenance in our quarters. They are very pleasant, respectful, and are a joy to be around. They do excellent work and would stop by to see if I need anything. Words can not express my gratitude and appreciation for that extra mile. My husband will be sending a letter of appreciation for these services. Keep up the good work.”

Reams Enterprises is very pleased to be able to point out the increased level of performance that we were able to provide the government. A higher level of performance that is not only reflected in the many positive comments that we received, but also in the amount of work that we have been able to accomplish, with 30% fewer people than the previous contractors.
Reams Enterprises performance on these contracts clearly demonstrate that we are more than capable of completing a follow-on contract without interruption or loss of continuity. We feel that our performance clearly shows that we would be the “best choice” for your facilities maintenance needs.
